Subject: | finding/calculating network using iproute2 tools |

I'm changing the configure script from ifconfig/nestat -rn/route to the iproute2 tools (eg ip addr add...) This IPs I put on the NICs (eg 192.168.1.1/24) have a network/netmask (here 192.168.1.0/24) which I use for iptables rules. I used to get the network from the output of netstat but that doesn't work anymore. Is there a convenient way to get the network from the IP/mask (ie via the tools) or do I have to calculate it?
