Actually, ip_masq_ftp.c doesn't work very correctly for portfw either. 
According to RFC 959, 3.2, The server-process default data port is the 
port adjacent to the control connection port (i.e., L-1).

The attached diff is to fix this port and also change to use VIP for LVS 
FTP data connections. Please try it.
