a simple question from a poor knowledge guy

hi, guys

I want to set up lvs_nat by hand, but I really can not
understand what means "run a script" on the
mini-HOW-TO section 4.2.setup by hand. in other word,
I create a file with the same contents as mini-how-to
4.2. then what kind of file name I should give to it,
and how to run it?
