Hello.

My problem seems to be the following:
When I try ssh 172.16.100.160 ON the LVS director itself, I land on the LVS director.

You can test from the director .. doesn't work

When I try ssh 172.16.100.160 from any Machine within 172.16.0.0/16 then it will time out after a while.

hmmm...

Interfaces for LVS Director

eth0:110 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:04:75:C5:8B:EE
inet addr:172.16.100.160 Bcast:172.16.100.160 Mask:255.255.255.255
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1

Mask looks funny ? Shouldn't it be Mask:255.255.0.0 Not sure thats a problem though....

Ping the VIP from a client that is not a real server or a director but IS on the same subnet.
Do an:
 arp -a
and check that the cached MAC address is the same as the MAC address on the LVS box
i.e. check that the ARP problem has been fixed.
