Hello,

I've installed RH 8.0, ipvs-1.0.7 and keepalived-1.0.0.
I'm running LVS-DR with connection syncronisation enabled.
Fail- over/back with active ftp and http sessions works without interruption
from the client point of view.

Great software!! :)

Nice to hear.

The LVS-nodes are DL360G2:s with 2GB of memory each.

I'd like to set the hashtable size to 2^21 without recompiling the kernel.

This is not advisable, since it doesn't buy you anything except bigger holes in the buckets.

> Is it possible/wise/safe to specify it in ip_vs.h?

Possible: yes
Wise : No :). Read it up on [1]
Safe : It used to crash at a certain point in our long LVS history but it may
          also be fixed now.
