SV: Set hashtable size in ip_vs.h?

Hi,
 
I've read the info at:

but I'm still not sure how to proceed. Is the only way to change the hashtable 
size to change the CONFIG_IP_MASQUERADE_VS_TAB_BITS?
 
I'd like to avoid to recompile the kernel.
