feedbackd uses dynamically-loaded plugins (.so files) to do the actual 
monitoring; these can do whatever measurement is required.

At present, there is only one plugin that monitors CPU usage - if anyone has 
any requirements for other plugings, let me know and I'll include it with a 
future release.
