heartbeat 1.02

Hi.

When I configure heartbeat 1.02 with
     ./ConfigureMe configure

I got the the following error
----------------------------------
./ltconfig: ./ltconfig: No such file or directory
configure: error: libtool configure failed

./bootstrap exiting due to error (sorry!).
-----------------------------------

Anybody knows how to fix this?
