I think your "lost at sea"! sorry or am I mistaken?
This is well off topic for LVS but does contain the word Directors!.
I would suggest that you look at "man quota" if you are using Linux and
setting quota's on user accounts that will be where you need to look.

Hi there
I am needing some help as to what to do. I have 2 problems regarding mailbox
size.
1. I have set max size to 10 meg, however my Directors and CEO need
more so what I need is to know how to set a size for each user.
2. I have made it that the max size email can be 5 meg, once again
there are times my CEO etc may need to have this bigger, how do I make
it bigger per user ( not all) ??
