Joe,
I have resolved the issue with the routing and now everything is working fine.
I am just thinking
in future, if there are any problems with routing in a cluster using lvs/tun,
the director would
not isolate the affected server. This would result in a percentage of all new
requests being ignored.
It think lvs/nat would not be affected but the same problem could occur with
lvs/dr.

can you turn line wrap on? your paragraphs are all one line and run off the end
of the page.

You first need to find out where the routing is blocked. Run tcpdump on the
director, the realserver
(if you don't have tcpdump for windows, do it on the machine which is the
realserver's default gw).
