Hello List Currently, LVS uses redundant backup LinuxDirector for fail-over . However, current implementation is said to cause the established connection lost and let the client send their requests again. Is there any efforts to perfom LinuxDirector's failover without lost of the established connection? I think that Backup director can be synchronized with the LinuxDirector with the help of TCP tapping techniques. Therefore Backup and LinuxDirector see almost same hash tables(may not 100% identical). Please, point me to the related efforts or projects. Regards Chul |
