Which is an lo:n /32 IP on the realserver, on which the server (application) 
listen.

P.S.: (This was unclear to me at this step, when I built my own IPVS, so, I'd 
likes to precise it :)).
P.P.S.: And, in fact, noarpctl and noarp module works fine for me.
