why my ipvsadm display nothing?but it can work!

Dear all:
this is the display of my ipvsadm,when someone open my lvs website,the 
number of ActiveConn and InActConn didn't change,why?but it can work!!


IP Virtual Server version 1.0.9 (size=65536)
Prot LocalAddress:Port Scheduler Flags
  -> RemoteAddress:Port           Forward Weight ActiveConn InActConn
TCP  192.168.1.45:http rr
  -> 192.168.1.41:http            Route   1      0          0         
  -> 192.168.1.42:http            Route   1      0          1         
  -> 192.168.1.40:http            Route   1      0          0
