LVS documentation now has an htdig search engine

At the top of the HOWTO

(in the "Abstract") is a link to a search engine for the LVS
documentation. This was inspired by reading a posting where
someone couldn't find the part of the HOWTO with the noarp module.
I realised that unless they knew where it was, that they probably
couldn't find it.
