Re: static load balancing patch

Are we OK with the gist of this patch, is this the right direction? I 
would like to know before I modify the code and go on, it has to be 
touched up a little bit and of course I will have to run significant 
load in a test environment to see if it holds up, right now I am waiting 
for a response from the list.
