No.
There seems to be no answer to SYN_RECV.

Yes. I've opened another ssh port on the outside and am able to login.
The current routing/networking is set up as follows:
192.168.0.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 eth0
132.100.10.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 eth1
0.0.0.0 132.100.10.250 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 eth1
132.100.10.250 is the gateway of our division.
