director (NAT) + mod_proxy + mod_ssl + apache HOWTO

Hello list,

I've solved my problems regarding SSL acceleration and mod_proxy
on the director. I've written it up as a little doc (attached)
that could be included in the HOWTO section 10.19.1.

Thanks for the help! Its whenever I manage to get this sort of thing
done that I thank myself (and you) for running OS software!
