is it the arp problem?

I have a DR load balancing configuration with 2 real servers. Suddenly all 
traffic was redirected to only on real server, no more load balancing.

If I restart all, the load balancing works well, but after a few time(dont 
know if hours or minutes), again traffic is directed only to one node, with 
no load balancing.

Any idea about what can be the problem? Im using ultramonkey packages.

Is it related to arp problem?
