each realserver beeing director....

Hi !

I am looking for a solution to have each realserver as a potential director.
i want to use this with linux-ha so if 2 or 3 director dies, i can still have a
working solution by making any node director.
Of course, the each director will have to be realserver in the same time.

Any tip on how i could do this ?
