Maybe I am not taking real servers out and in correctly with the latest
releases. I'll re-read the FAQ as I'm sure its been updated since my
initial installs 5 years ago :)

As the person writing all this up, I thought that LVS
had slow start from the very beginning, then I found
several years later that it didn't, and then I thought
Horms put it in, but I'm not sure now. I've written
about its appearance and disappearance in the HOWTO.
If you found that it's still not there, then it isn't
