Hi all ,

I am a newbie to this list and world of LVS.
First i wish to say that LVS is a great thing to happen. I followed
the mini howto and was able to setup up the LVS in a breeze in my
internal lan.

But now here's what i want to do. I am not sure if LVS is the right solution.

We have 2 servers hosted at an ISP centre, which accept mails, smtp for
our clients. As our clientele is growing these servers seem to be
heavily loaded. Both these servers are in India.
Now we are hosting 2 more servers in the US.

What i want to know is that , if i place director machines in front of
these two servers in India, will it be also possible to have the 2
servers in US as realservers ?
Depending upon the server load, connections i want to distribute these
incoming smtp requests over these 4 servers.

Is this possible when 2 of my servers are away (in US ) and not on the
same physical segment (India), and have different internet IP's

If LVS is not the solution, can somebody suggest anything other better.

Awaiting response eagerly
