Ipvsadm should work, as you should use the version provided by RHEL4.
The perl modules will likely work too. My main concern would
be the implications of running heartbeat without a recompile,
but it should also be fine. To be honest, it all should work,
but I don't have access to RHEL4 so I haven't been able to verify this.
