My problem is that Web01 and Web02 cannot access each other using
their (virtual) public addresses. Does somebody have an idea ?

Using LVS-NAT this isn't possible without some sort of network hackery.
The route the packets take while being processed by the kernel means
that the request from Web01 doesn't get NATted on the internal
interface, and it therefore gets forwarded intact to Web02.

Web02 then responds directly to Web01, which drops the packet on the
floor as it expects the packet to come from the VIP.

Read the FAQ for attempts to work around this, and search the mailing
list archives for "realserver as client".
