If you look in the rpm man page you can get deatils on what this means,
but if I were you I'd refownlaod the rpm and reinstall it.

You can check that you have a complete download by running
md5sum over the binary

e.g. md5sum perl-Net-SSLeay-1.23-1.fr.c.1.um.1.i386.rpm
And then comparing the result with that listed
in the md5sums file in the directory you download the
rpm from.

If it doesn't match, you are in trouble.
