Well, the load balancing goes very well actually. Right now there are an avg
of 30 users connected per server, with a difference maybe of 3-5 users.

As for the long persistence: it really is company policy :|  We use LVS to
loadbalance clients for 8 windows terminal servers, and the users here have
a nasty habit of incorrectly disconnecting a session and then later during
the day wanting to go back into the same session when they re-login. And
before you tell me: no, it's no use trying to explain them the reasons why
they should disconnect properly. They're mostly medical specialists (i work
in a hospital) and they simply don't want to cooperate. Things just 'have to
work' *sigh*
