LVS-Tun for other OS's?

Would anyone be aware of an LVS-Tun solution for windows?
I understand the realserver can be windows currently(only 2k), i am looking for 
a solution where the director can be windows too?
Commercial or opensource..

If not, would anyone happen to know why? i.e Can windows not be made to support 
the necessary features?
