yes i can do it, on RIP1 i setted as proxy itself in
the browser and i can go on internet without problem
same from RIP2

from director i tried to setup as proxy the RIP1 and
RIP2 and  i can go on internet too.

to me seems that director never have any incoming
connection on port 3128 to route.
