That is odd, I assume that you have iproute installed.
If you are intrestied in debugging the problem, then
you should be able to just run it from the command line,
possibly running it as bash -x Ipaddr2
Alternatively, as was suggested in another post, use Ipaddr
(which is old and horrible, but usually works for simple cases)
