For LVS-NAT the reply will come from the director.
For LVS-DR (and -Tun) you are correct. In this case some
routers will object to the different MAC address, but it
none of their business to do so - there is nothing in the
tcpip spec that says that the MAC address has to be the
same. The providers are breaking the spec and selling it as
an enhancement.
