Ok, sorry for going off on a bit of a tangent there.

When you say LVS2 has no relations, this means that the
output of ipvsadm -Lcn is empty? Does the output of ipvsadm -Ln
show any active or inactive connections? Stupid question,
but are there actually connections going through LVS2?
If you are using LVS-DR then perhaps you haven't supressed
arp for the VIP on all the real-servers, one of them has sent an
arp reply, and all traffic is bypassing the LVS2 and going directly
to the real server. If so, this is pretty easy to debug using tcpump -ne
or similar.
