Hi Sebastian, Ok, now it's perfectly clear to me. Thanks for the explanation. >Logically it appears to be like that but the 1 is not exactly an on/off > switch here. 1 means that the interface should only answer ARP requests > for IP addresses bound to that interface. Another doubt that I have then... If the interface should only answer ARP requests bound to that interface, then why would each real server need the VIP setup? |
