We have a load balancer with 120+ VS, so we have a fair amount of
experience with ldirectord. Today I tried to add a new VS and it won't
"come up" (the RS weight won't change to 1).

It would take a while to explain the symptoms in writing. Basically,
ldirectord is telling LVS that a certain server exists and is up, even
though it is not. It is also telling LVS that a certain server is NOT
up, even though it is.

I made a video showing exactly what is happening.

The video is about 10MB in size and it is not being served by a
streaming server, so it may take a while for it to fully download before
the video starts.

My ldirectord.cf is also quite long. Here's a link to it if anyone is
interested. The VS is question is the last one in the file.
