The net-snmp-lvs source RPM made by Jack Neely includes a patch I 
submitted a while ago to fix the 64-bit counters:

In Cacti you can set a minimum and maximum rate in the data template and 
it will ignore values outside that range such as negative values 
resulted from a wrap.
