no. nfct is for netfilter connection tracking.

Someone is working on code to have the F5-SNAT 
functionality, but it's being done as part of a larger 
project to move ip_vs() out of LOCAL_IN. AFAIK there is no 
plans to release the code as the person doing the coding 
doesn't have enough time to write it and test it.
