So, let me see If I can understand this:
1. You need to "load balance" several servers, which are on the
network 10.3.136.x , and you have the clients *on the same network*.
2. You have to load balance, but you can't touch the servers to be "balanced".
3. You can't change the clients to another network.
4. You want to use SNAT to make the packages looks like coming from
the balancer box, so that the servers "answer" to that server, right?
If so: it doesn't work. I can think of some ways to solve it, but
they are all complicated, and implicate an least one extra computer
(real or virtual). I won't describe it here, because I lack the time
(I have work to do).
The easiest way is that you convince the people implicated to change
the servers network configuration, or to let you change it.
If you really can't convince them, contact me again and maybe I'll
take the time to figure out and test something that can work for you.
