Unfortunately this is the wrong list to ask about usage of Piranha -
there's a separate list for RedHat's tools:

...but as I've said before on this list, it's pretty quiet there.
With no knowledge whatsoever of Piranha I'd say you could go a long way
towards achieving your aim by using WRR with weights of (say) 9999 for
one server, and 1 for the other. It won't be a completely hot/cold
system but it will get fairly close.
