I changed the setting to the following;
# send = "GET / HTTP/1.0\r\n\r\n"
send = "GET"
expect = "HTTP"
This seems to have stopped the chatter in the web logs at least.
Does anyone see a problem with doing it this way? At least until I figure out
what is being expected.
PS: I've adjusted the time since pasting this so that each server now has
synched up time.
