This user has been unsubscribed.
Please, PLEASE - DO NOT give your entire address book to online services
like the one which generated this message. ESPECIALLY when you're a
Google, MS or Yahoo! mail user - because their client software almost
always saves every address you send to in your address book.
I will continue to forcibly unsubscribe people who do so. It might seem
a little harsh, but if you;re on several mailing lists then your
"invitation" will go to several thousand people who really, really don't
want it.
