see the HOWTO for clients on realservers.

The HOWTO only addresses the problem of LVS-DR setups. 
Surprisingly I don't remember anyone trying this on LVS-NAT.
LVS-NAT has mangled the routing on the director so much that 
you can't expect the director to have normal routing as 
well as doing LVS-NAT.

I expect it can't be done.
