Hi all,

I'm having a weird problem, see if someone can help me.
I've installed an ipvs-nat director on a Alpha DS10, running
2.2.13-ipvs.0.9.7 and also tried with 2.2.14-ipvs.0.9.7, I'm balancing a
MX with a farm of 2 mail servers
Everything works fine while traffic is not much, after that if I try a
telnet to the IPVS ip port 25 I get a connect ( Escape character is
'^]'), and after almost 1 minute the sendmail greetings, if I tray the
same thing at the same time from a real server to the other real the
response is immediate. At this same point the lines contain in ipchains
-L -M is ~400 which should be OK, the other weirdness is if I create a
second VIP with the same real servers but no traffic sent to it but the
same to the old VIP, the response of the new VIP is good. Any clue????

Here is what I had configured, with this little traffic works fine, but
when ActiveConn is ~150 and InActConn is ~250. The real servers are the
same servers that have serve the MX record for one year now. Sun U250
1Gb RAM

ipvsadm output

IP Virtual Server version 0.9.7 (size=4096)

Thanks in advance
