All LVS configuration step are done internally by Keepalived framework. If you 
plan using VRRP part IP add are set, otherwise you should set them... routings 
too... The LVS part will be done internally.

if not VRRP config, you should set IPs and routings according to your config.

Yes and IPs (via netlink channel) if you are using VRRP VIPs as LVS VIPs.
