The ktcpvs 0.0.17 tar ball is available at the LVS web site, It includes 
the feature to collect stalled connections and some fix in tcpvsadm 
command options. The ChangeLog is as follows:

        * Added timeout support to connection handler.
          Added new sysctl var 'read_timeout' to set this new stuff. The
          default value is 180 seconds. This new option provides stalled
          connections hunting.

        * userspace/tcpvsadm.c (main): fixed the bug of the --listen
        option.
