You probably haven't handled the ARP problem.

If the router gets the MAC address of the director's VIP
its arp cache, the LVS will work perfectly even if the realservers are replying to arp requests. Then a few minutes
later if the router gets the Centros machine's MAC address,
the LVS will stop working
