Configuration (if I read it correctly) for every service (SMTP, POP, IMAP) directs nanny to send "GET / HTTP/1.0" and expect "HTTP" as first word of reply. This should work fine for HTTP service, but I really doubt this will work for other services. Check / adjust following lines in your config, this may help. send = "GET / HTTP/1.0\r\n\r\n" expect = "HTTP" th.
