So even though I haven't allowed that port to be load balanced, if it
matches that template it's temporarily forwarded through?

So......... if a port is using PPC, anyone who connects on that port will
then be able to connect to any other port of that machine -- regardless of
whether or not that port has been forwarded with ipvsadm or not?
