Netmasks for persistent ports (patch)

Good morning,

this patch adds netmasks to persistent ports, so you can adjust the
granularity of the templates. It should help solve the problems created with
non-persistent cache clusters on the client side.

It is sort of an ugly hack (by design), but it helps if your application
requires it.
