No.  The only interactions between these things are you need a IPVS 
patch greater than v0.9.0 for persistence and you need a latter version 
of piranha, greater than 0.3.0 to configure persistence.  We just 
internally built piranha 0.4.1 which is supposed to be the stable 
version of the 0.3.x devel stuff, but 0.4.1 doesn't seem all the tidy 
just yet.  If you wait till Monday or Tuesday, we'll throw out a 0.4.x 
piranha that ought to work very nicely.
