I've been having a very difficult time getting LVS to work with NAT or
Tunneling, I've read the documents on the WebSite many times over. I'm
woundering if anyone has any tips or comments on how to make it work (I'm
aware of the RedHat 6.2 issue)

Perhaps pointing me to a couple howto's?

Any input would be much appreciated.
