Well I agree with you that ipvs is not matching excatly with my multicasting
needs.
But there is two main points which lead my choice :
- I already use ipvs for other purposes
- I want to perform very simple multicast routing, and I spend a lot of
time on mrouted without any result
Then I think that if ipvs can help me to route multicast packet it would be
really great, even though it is not its main purpose.
