I shall contiue.

1.  What do I modify so that the real server gateway is set
automatically?  SERVER_GW is already set.

2.  How do I have https setup as persistent w/out http persistence (i.e.
get rid of the "0" port persistence and just have regular 443 port
persistenct).  I think it would work for my setup since I'm sharing
session data via an NFS server.
